3. Use of Service

YouShorts.ai provides tools for generating faceless videos for platforms such as YouTube, TikTok, Instagram Reels, Snapchat Stories, and Facebook Reels. Your use of the service must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including those concerning intellectual property, privacy, and content creation.

3.1 Prohibited Content

You agree not to use the service to generate, share, or promote any content that is:

• Explicit, adult, or sexually suggestive.
• Violent, harmful, abusive, or threatening.
• Discriminatory or hateful based on race, religion, gender, sexual orientation, age, or disability.
• Misleading or deceptive, including deepfakes and false representations.

3.2 Prohibited Use of Models

You must not use LoRAs (Low-Rank Adaptation models) or any other models that violate YouShorts.ai’s Terms of Service to generate inappropriate or harmful content. This includes, but is not limited to, models that facilitate the creation of explicit or offensive material.

3.3 Automatic Banning & Blocking

YouShorts.ai has zero tolerance for violations of these content guidelines. Any user found violating the content restrictions, including the use of models or LoRAs to create explicit or offensive material, will be immediately blocked or banned from accessing the system. First time offenders will face permanent bans from the platform.

4. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify YouShorts.ai immediately if you believe your account has been compromised or is being used in an unauthorized manner.
